FAQ
Brand Kit questions
Can I have more than one brand kit?
Yes. Create one kit per product or sub-brand. Tag one as primary so other modules know which one to use by default.
How is the primary kit different from the others?
Other modules in Nautis pull from the primary kit when they auto-apply your brand. You can still pick a different kit manually in each module.
Who can edit a kit?
You, anyone you added in Team members with access when creating the kit, and anyone with the Brand Kit update role permission.
Does sharing a link give edit access?
No. Share links are read-only and can be set to expire. Use the team-access selector if you want someone to edit.
My team uploaded a font but it doesn't render in the preview.
Make sure the Font Family value matches the font file you uploaded, and that Web Font is toggled on for web use. For Google Fonts, paste the full stylesheet URL into Font URL.
What goes in the letterhead?
A logo, an accent color, header and footer text, and your business contact info. Nautis applies it to PDF exports for the modules you enable.
Can I see who looked at my brand kit?
Yes — open Analytics from the kit header. You'll see views, downloads, unique visitors, top assets, and a full activity log with timestamps.
What file formats can I upload for logos?
SVG, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, and WEBP.
