FAQ
GTM Planner questions
Should I use Builder or edit the Strategy tab directly?
Builder is great for a first draft — it walks you through every section and uses AI to fill the gaps. The Strategy tab is for polishing, ongoing updates, or jumping straight to a specific section. Both edit the same data.
What does 'Convert selected' tasks from Roadmap do?
Chosen weekly actions are copied onto the Tasks board (in the Backlog column) so the team can start executing. The roadmap entries stay where they are, so the planning view stays intact.
How does the health score work?
It blends two things: how many tasks are Done and how many metrics have recent values. Add and complete tasks, log metric snapshots regularly, and the score climbs.
Can I import data into the strategy?
Yes — link your business profile, pitch deck, and financial project, and the AI Builder pulls relevant facts into the canvas.
Who can see a workspace?
Each workspace has its own Shared Access list. Only people on it (plus admins) can open it.
Can I move a workspace to a different organization?
No. Workspaces belong to the organization where they were created. If you need the same plan elsewhere, recreate it manually.
Can I export the strategy?
Yes. Inside the Strategy tab there's a PDF export button that renders a clean version of all six strategy sections.
Can I run multiple GTM workspaces side-by-side?
Yes — create one workspace per launch, market, or campaign. Each has its own strategy, tasks, experiments, and metrics.
