FAQ
Burnout Radar questions
Can my co-founder or team see my score?
No. Each member's check-ins are private to that person. The dashboard shows your data only.
Is this a performance review?
No — it's a wellness tool. Nobody is rated against the score, and nothing on Burnout Radar shows up in HR Management, reports, or anywhere else employee-facing.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing breaks — you just won't have a data point for that week. Take the next check-in whenever you're ready. Your streak resets, but your history stays intact.
Why did my score go up even though I rested?
The score weighs a few signals together. A great sleep week with very high decision load and context switching can still push the score up. Look at the What's affecting your risk card to see which signal moved the needle.
Can I delete a past check-in?
You can edit the most recent one. Older entries are kept to preserve the trend — reach out to support if you need one removed.
Why do I see 'Get started' on my dashboard?
You haven't taken your first check-in yet. Click + Weekly Check-in to start — it takes about half a minute.
Can I export my check-in history?
Not directly today. You can scroll through the full History table on the dashboard, and the Trend chart covers the most recent eight weeks at a glance.
Does Burnout Radar work on mobile?
Yes. The dashboard adapts to smaller screens — the + Check-in button collapses to a short label, and signal buttons stay easy to tap with a thumb.
