Meetings questions

Can I have different hours on different days?

Yes. The weekly schedule editor lets you flip any day on or off and add multiple time windows per day (great for splitting around lunch).

What happens if an invitee is in a different timezone?

Your booking page automatically converts times to the visitor's timezone. Bookings still respect your availability hours.

Can I block off time for personal events?

Connect your Google or Outlook calendar in Integrations. Anything on your external calendar blocks Nautis from offering those slots.

Can someone book me at the last minute?

Only if their booking time is at least the Minimum Notice you set on the event type.

Do invitees need a Nautis account?

No. The booking page is public; they just enter their name and email.

Can prospects reschedule?

Yes — booking confirmation emails include a reschedule link.

Do I need a separate Calendly subscription?

No — Meetings is a full booking tool inside Nautis.

Can I run different booking links for different audiences?

Yes — create one event type per audience (investor intros, customer demos, office hours) and share the link that fits.
