More than one product uses the name FounderOS. This page means the one at founderos.me, operated by Predictive Lead Systems LLC of Albuquerque, New Mexico, according to its footer. It doesn't describe the MetaTechAi product, myfounderos.app or founderos.technology. For the code-you-own product, see Nautis vs FounderOS.sh.
FounderOS's argument is that founders don't need more tools, they need clarity. It offers one screen with an execution score, a co-pilot that tests your thinking, tasks and sprints, and notes that link to them. We read its homepage, terms and refund policy in October 2026. The site is mostly a single long page, so the comparison is limited to what that page and those documents say.
Who's the customer: you, or the company?
That single distinction settles most of this. FounderOS.me is about one founder's attention. Its Home dashboard shows your execution score, momentum, focus hours and current bottleneck. Its assistant names a priority for the day and tells you what to avoid. Its language is about sprints, rituals and the move that matters.
Nautis is about a company's operating state. Its briefing belongs to the organization, not to a person, and each person's access depends on their role. It tracks whether an investor replied or a customer paid, more than whether you held your focus hours. If nobody else needs to see your system, you're paying Nautis for things you won't use. If you've got people waiting on you, a personal dashboard isn't aimed at them.
What FounderOS.me includes
AI Strategic Assistant
It says the assistant knows your goals, constraints and roadmap, gives you a Today's Priority and pressure-tests strategy, decisions and trade-offs. Its terms add a sensible caution: all AI output is informational only, and it isn't legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
Execution, notes and focus
Tasks, sprints and rituals are described as made for founders rather than project managers. Smart Notes link to tasks, decisions and strategy. A Founder Focus Dashboard tracks momentum and focus hours, and AI recommendations draw on what it calls pattern-matched playbooks.
Devices
It's described as cross-device across web, desktop and mobile, with realtime sync. On phones, the page explains installing it through Add to Home Screen on iPhone or Install App in Chrome on Android. Paid plans list cross-device sync, and the $0 tier lists one device.

What you pay in October 2026
FounderOS.me has a $0 tier with limited AI, notes and tasks on one device, with no card. Founder Pro is $19 a month, billed monthly according to its refund policy. Over a year that's $228. Nautis Launch is $49 a month, or $490 a year, with a 14-day trial and no $0 tier. So the gap is $262 a year at the lowest paid levels, and Founder Pro is a clear saving if its scope is all you need.
Nautis's price doesn't go up per person until you change plans, and Launch covers five people. FounderOS's pricing cards don't describe a team price, so if you have partners, ask how it charges before assuming.
- A note on refunds. The homepage shows a 14-day money-back guarantee and an FAQ saying a 14-day refund has no questions asked. The terms, dated May 13, 2026, say fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A refund policy dated May 15, 2026 lists eligibility cases and says every request is reviewed. As with any subscription, read the current wording before you pay.
- A note on its numbers. The homepage shows the company's own performance figures and customer quotes. We haven't used them in this comparison.
A week with a raise in it
Say you're a solo founder of a small SaaS product. You've got a launch coming and spend your days deciding between onboarding work and a new feature. FounderOS.me is built for that week. You'd ask the assistant to test the choice, and you'd see the day's priority and how many focus hours you've logged. Nautis would be heavier than this situation calls for.
Change one thing. An angel introduces you to three others, and suddenly you've got a raise. You need a list of who you've spoken to, the state of each conversation, a deck someone has reviewed and a number for your runway. You could keep these as notes and tasks, and the assistant could help you think. But you'd be building a CRM by hand. Nautis's Fundraising CRM has stages for this, with Raise HQ suggesting the next follow-ups and Startup Health tracking the cash. That's the point where switching starts to pay off.
Advice or action
The product pages describe FounderOS.me's AI as telling you what matters and recommending moves. Its pages don't list sending email, updating a CRM or acting in connected apps. As described there, you stay the operator and the AI advises.
Nautis agents can do those things, and so Nautis needs machinery around them. There's an Approval Center, per-capability autonomy settings, and an audit log. The added power comes with added attention, because someone has to review the queue. If you don't want an AI touching your accounts at all, the simpler model has real appeal. What an AI chief of staff cannot do is a useful read either way.
Where FounderOS.me is the better pick
- Price. $0 to start, and $19 a month for unlimited AI sessions.
- Simplicity. It describes itself as one calm workspace, and a short list of features is an advantage when you're alone.
- Personal metrics. Focus hours and an execution score don't appear in Nautis's guides.
- Phone-first capture. It presents mobile capture as a main use, with install steps for iPhone and Android. Nautis's WhatsApp route isn't switched on for every workspace.
Where Nautis earns the extra cost, and where it may not
It earns it through breadth and through acting on real records, such as chasing an overdue invoice from the briefing or preparing a follow-up to an investor for you to approve. It may not earn it if you're alone, pre-revenue and not raising. Nautis went public in July 2026, so it hasn't proved itself over years either. Pick any single function and a specialist tool probably goes further. If you want to see whether the wider scope suits you, the page for solo founders lays out how Nautis fits someone working alone.
