Fundeable publishes one long page plus terms and a privacy policy, so this comparison is brief. They name the company as Fundeable Technologies Private Limited, with its registration details marked to be updated on incorporation. We didn't try the product. Everything about Fundeable below is what those pages say, as read on 31 October 2026.
Nautis, for its part, only reached the public in July 2026, and has no long history of its own.
What Fundeable says it offers
It calls itself an AI fundraising operating system for India, built around four products: a Founder Intelligence Engine that tests your idea and market thesis, Precision Deal Discovery for investors, a Growth Partner Network of 100+ partners, and a Compliance Autopilot for incorporation, due diligence and term sheets. Its page states that generated documents are templates, are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a licensed advocate. It also describes a network of investors, advisors and partners who apply to join, and an AI scoring system.
What its terms and privacy policy add
- Investor matching. The page describes an engine that checks founder metrics against 500+ investor profiles. Its terms call matching a technology-assisted introduction service, based on stated preferences and profile data.
- Its role. Its terms say it is a technology platform, not a registered investment adviser, broker or legal services provider, and that it doesn't guarantee a raise.
- Cancelling. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. A billing cycle already started isn't refunded, except where the law requires it or the service isn't delivered as described.
- Your deck. Its privacy policy says decks are stored in the India region, open only to its team and to matched investors who have agreed to confidentiality, and can be deleted on request.
Price in rupees
| Plan | Price | What is listed |
|---|---|---|
| Fundeable Free | ₹0 | 1 Foundr session a month, basic profile, community, 3 investor matches a month |
| Fundeable Growth | ₹2,999 a month | Unlimited Foundr access, investor matching with 5 introductions a month, lite partner network, monthly pitch audit |
| Fundeable Pro | ₹7,999 a month | All 4 products, unlimited investor introductions, basic legal compliance |
| Fundeable Fundraise | ₹24,999 once, plus 4% on close | Fundraise manager, data room build, term sheet and due diligence help |
| Nautis Launch | ₹3,999 a month | Workspace, 5 team members, investor deals limited |
| Nautis Voyage | ₹8,999 a month | Cap table, 10 team members |
| Nautis Fleet | ₹11,999 a month | Cap table, 25 team members |
A worked example shows the size of the fee. On a ₹1 crore round, 4% is ₹4 lakh, on top of ₹24,999. Its page says the 4% is charged only on close. Its terms add that the one-time fee is non-refundable once work has started, and that you can request a full refund if work hasn't started within 14 days of payment. As with any success fee, have your lawyer read the terms, and check how it fits with what your investors expect. Its Legal product has its own prices, from ₹1,999 a month, and investors, advisors and partners have separate plans.
How the two differ in practice
Fundeable positions itself as a network and a service: you apply, it matches, and on the top tier a manager helps run your round. Nautis is software you run yourself. You get the Find Investors directory, a Fundraising CRM, data rooms and readiness scoring, plus invoices, tasks and a Chief of Staff who can answer in English, Hindi or Hinglish on WhatsApp, where that has been switched on for your workspace. No one at Nautis introduces you to investors, and no fee applies to what you raise.
If your bottleneck is access to Indian investors, a network could help in ways software can't. If your bottleneck is keeping the company organised while you raise, Nautis is closer to the job. Our page for Indian startups has more on how it fits.
What to ask before signing up
- Ask for the contracting company's registration details, as you would with any vendor.
- Ask how many active investors are on the platform today, which stages and sectors they cover, and which features your plan includes now.
- Ask for the success fee's terms in writing, including what counts as a close and whether existing investors are included. Our seed funding guide explains what a normal round involves.
- Ask how your data and deck are shared with investors and partners on the network.
These are fair questions for any fundraising platform. Put the same kind of questions to Nautis if you're evaluating it, starting with what its plans include.
