Jobs & Recruitment questions
Where does my careers page live?
It's at nautis.app/careers/your-organization-slug. Click Copy Link on the jobs dashboard to grab the exact URL. You can also link directly to a job's apply page.
Can I require a cover letter or extra questions?
The default application form asks for name, email, phone, resume, and a cover letter. There aren't custom screening questions yet.
Why can't I click 'Create New'?
Either you don't have permission on this organization, or your email isn't verified. Verify your email under Account Settings → Profile, then refresh.
Can I move a candidate back to an earlier stage?
Yes — drag them in either direction. If you drag them out of Offer or Hired, Nautis confirms before changing the stage.
Does archiving a job notify candidates?
No — archiving just hides the role from your careers page. Candidates who already applied stay in the pipeline. Use Reject on individual candidates if you want to close them out.
Can I post the same job to multiple organizations?
Job postings live inside one organization. If you run more than one company on Nautis, switch the Organization picker at the top before clicking Create New.
Can applicants upload a resume?
Yes — your careers page accepts attachments and structured profile fields.
Does the AI consider my employer brand?
It uses the inputs you provide. Add brand voice and context for the best results.
