This page means SoloAI at trysoloai.com, the product with the assistant called MiMi. Other products use similar names. We have kept this page short because SoloAI is in beta and has published a limited amount. We read its homepage, MiMi page, changelog and terms on October 31, 2026.
Who SoloAI is talking to
SoloAI's own page names founders, freelancers, consultants, small business owners and small agencies. Its examples are freelancers losing track of client conversations, consultants chasing payments, and e-commerce sellers juggling tools. The opening promise is to stop paying for three separate tools: a CRM, invoicing and a task manager.
The Nautis plans compared here name a narrower reader: startups, from pre-seed to about Series A, with up to 25 people. It has those same three functions but sets them beside investor tools, runway and team records. If you sell your time to clients and have no plans to raise money, most of what Nautis adds won't matter to you, and SoloAI is the closer match.

What SoloAI hasn't published yet
- A launch price. The page shows $29 a month struck through and $0 during beta. It says pricing arrives after beta, with early-adopter benefits for beta users, and doesn't give a date, the size of the discount, or whether the price is per user.
- Usage limits after beta. MiMi is unlimited for beta users. Later limits aren't stated.
- Release dates after April. The newest changelog entry we read is v0.5.0, dated April 3, 2026.
- Bulk import. The FAQ says import tools are being built, and that for now you add data by hand or ask for help.
None of this says anything about product quality, and these gaps are common in a beta. If you bill clients from any beta tool, keep your own copy of your invoices.
What does each cost?
SoloAI costs nothing as of October 2026, with every feature included and no card, by its own account. Its beta terms note that the service may contain bugs, undergo frequent changes or see downtime, and that it's provided without guarantees of uptime. That is a usual arrangement for a beta and a fair price for those conditions.
Nautis costs $49, $99 or $129 a month, with a 14-day trial and no $0 plan. AI credits are capped by plan, starting at 1,000 a month. For a freelancer invoicing a few clients, paying $49 for modules you won't open makes little sense while SoloAI is free. Nautis earns its price only if you'd use the wider set.
Where Nautis vs SoloAI really differ
Both let you ask a question and act on the answer. SoloAI's example is telling MiMi to draft follow-ups for three deals and invoice one customer, all in one conversation. You review and send invoices yourself, by its description. The pages we read don't describe a general approval system.
Nautis does the same kind of thing with more ceremony. A daily Chief of Staff briefing proposes the work, and capabilities default to Ask every time in an Approval Center. That suits a company where someone else's data is at stake, and it can feel heavy for one person billing clients. Nautis also launched only in July 2026, so neither product has a long track record to point to.
Which to try
- Try SoloAI if you're a freelancer, consultant or small agency, you want CRM, invoices and tasks together, and you're happy using a beta while it costs nothing.
- Try Nautis if you're building a startup and expect investors, hires or a data room. Nautis for solo founders explains which plan fits one person.
- Look at both only if you can't yet say which kind of business you have. In that case, spend a week answering that first, since it will decide the rest. The all-in-one software roundup lists more options by job.
FAQ
How much does SoloAI cost?
As of October 2026 it's free during beta with no card. Its pricing section shows $29 a month struck through, and it says paid plans will follow beta, with early-adopter benefits for beta users. It hasn't published a date or final price.
Who should choose SoloAI over Nautis?
Freelancers, consultants and small agencies who mainly need a client list, invoices and a task board with an assistant on top. It's built for that and costs nothing during beta. Nautis adds investor and team modules that those businesses often won't use.
Is Nautis vs SoloAI a fair comparison?
Only partly. They overlap on CRM, invoices, tasks and an AI assistant, but serve different businesses, and SoloAI has published less because it's in beta. We marked this as a limited-evidence page and based it only on what its site says.
Disclosure: We make Nautis, so we have a stake in this comparison. It's based on published information, not a scored hands-on test. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.
