FAQ

Find Investors questions

Why does an investor I expected not show up?

Most often it's a filter — particularly Investor Type or Ticket Size. Click Clear all in the filters panel and try the search again.

Can I save an investor for later without adding them to a pipeline?

Adding them to a pipeline is the way Nautis tracks investors you're interested in. Create a 'Watchlist' or 'Long list' round if you want a holding place separate from your active fundraise.

How is the match score calculated?

It scores each investor against your company profile across stage, industry, geography, and check size. Open the profile panel to see the breakdown per factor.

Where do the filter options come from?

Investor types, stages, mechanisms, industries, technologies, and countries are managed centrally for the whole Nautis directory. New options appear automatically as the directory grows.

Can I export the list?

Not from this page. Once investors are in a pipeline, you can manage and export from the Fundraising CRM.

How fresh is the directory?

It refreshes continuously as the Nautis team curates new firms and updates existing profiles.

How can I improve my match scores?

Complete more of your business profile — stage, industry, geography, and check-size context all feed the match algorithm.

What if a firm's check size has changed?

Reach out via the support link inside the profile panel and we'll update the directory entry.
