Sintra gives you 12 role-based AI employees for one price. How many of them you actually open changes what you should buy next.
This page starts with that check, then covers six other products. None of them is a clone of Sintra, and each is better described by the job it does.
Before you switch, count the helpers you used last month
This takes ten minutes and may save you the whole migration.
- Open your chat history in Sintra and note which helpers you used in the last 30 days, and how many times.
- For each one, write down the output you actually kept and published or sent, not just what you generated.
- Check your credit use against the 250 a month, and whether you've bought top-ups.
- List what's in Brain AI, such as brand files and notes. You'd need to rebuild that elsewhere.
- Decide which of three cases you're in: you use most helpers, you use one or two, or you wanted something that runs the business rather than produces content.
If you use most helpers, compare Sintra with Marblism and little else. If you use one or two, a dedicated tool for those jobs is likely to do better. If you're in the third group, skip to the last two options below.
Why people compare Sintra alternatives
Sintra's published details as of October 2026 leave a few fair questions, and these are the ones to bring to any vendor you're considering.
- How far 250 credits go. Every plan has the same monthly allowance. The pricing page says credits apply to advanced AI actions without defining them there, and a longer term doesn't add more.
- Paying upfront. The low monthly figures require $70.80 for 3 months or $187 for 12. There's no trial mentioned, though you can request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Top-ups aren't refundable.
- Mixed published numbers. The pricing page says 15+ integrations, the help center 960+ apps, and the homepage 1000+ tools.
- What needs approval. Approval levels get a mention on the homepage, with no list of which actions wait for you.
- Scope. The roles are mostly marketing, sales support and admin. Fundraising and finance aren't listed among them.
Six Sintra alternatives, by the job they do
Marblism, if you want a whole team for a flat price
Marblism is the closest match. It offers seven AI employees, including Eva for email and notes, Sonny for social, Stan for lead generation, Penny for SEO and Rachel, a receptionist who answers calls. Its pricing starts at $24 a month on a yearly option, with $44 shown alongside it, and it includes unlimited businesses and team members. Its limit is expressed as 50 hours of AI work a month, which at least reads more plainly than credits. It has fewer roles than Sintra, and its page mentions both a 7-day and a 77-day guarantee, so confirm which applies. Agents check in if they need your input or approval, by its own account.
Lindy, if you want one agent that can act
Lindy gives a team one AI employee across Slack, email and iMessage, instead of a cast of personas. It works with 1,500+ integrations, and its pricing page says anything with outside impact waits for approval. It costs more: seats start at $29.99 or $49.99 a month depending on which part of the page you read, and it bills per active user. It suits a small team more than a single owner wanting social posts. See other Lindy options too.
Zapier Agents, if the real job is connecting apps
If you bought Sintra hoping things would happen automatically between your tools, Zapier Agents goes straight at that, working across 9,000+ apps. You build each agent yourself, for jobs such as answering support tickets from a knowledge base. Its pricing page includes 400 activities a month at $0, so trying it costs nothing. It has no ready-made personas, and you'll need to think through what each agent does.
Buffer, if Soshie is the only helper you open
A social scheduling tool can be all you need here. Buffer charges per channel, at $0 for up to 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts each, $5 a channel a month on Essentials or $10 on Team billed yearly ($60 or $120 a channel) as of October 2026. The Team plan adds approval workflows. You'd do your own writing or bring it from a general assistant, but you get a publishing calendar built for exactly that job.
Claude, if Penn and Dexter do most of your work
Drafting, research and analysis are what general assistants do well. Claude's Pro plan costs $17 a month on annual billing, or $20 if paid monthly, with Projects to hold your brand context and connectors to your tools. You give up the job titles and pre-built use cases, and you do need to write your own instructions. For someone who mostly chats with a copywriter persona, the loss is small. There's a Nautis and Claude comparison if a workspace is also on your mind.
Nautis, if you're building a startup
Nautis does a different job from Sintra. It stores your fundraising pipeline, runway, leads, invoices and tasks, and its Chief of Staff briefs you from those each morning and asks before acting. Plans start at $49 a month as of October 2026, with a 14-day trial and no card, so it's more expensive and has less for pure marketing output. It has a Social Calendar with an approval step, but no SEO or ecommerce persona. It launched in July 2026, so independent reviews are few. An online shop owner should look at the options above instead. See how it compares directly with Sintra.
The alternatives side by side

A shop owner's week and a founder's week
A candle maker selling online spends Monday on Instagram posts, Wednesday on a sale email, and Friday on returns questions. Buffer plus Claude would handle the posts and the email for well under Sintra's one-month price, if the owner is happy to write prompts. Marblism would cover the posts and inbox work, plus phone calls, with less of that effort.
A founder raising a pre-seed round spends Monday updating investor statuses, Wednesday checking burn before a call, and Friday sending a deck through a data room. None of those are in Sintra's role list, and a startup operating system is closer to what that person needs. If only the investor email is the bottleneck, though, a general assistant will do.
When keeping Sintra is the sensible move
Keep it if your count showed you really use four or more helpers each month, and your output is good. At the 12-month rate, nothing else on this list gives you as many ready-made roles for the money. Keep it as well if you run several brands, since its help center describes separate workspaces with their own Brain AI, up to 20.
If you were about to leave because of the credit limit, read the help article on what uses credits, then look at top-ups before moving everything. And if you've only had it for a few days and it isn't working, the 14-day refund has to be requested. Canceling alone doesn't trigger it.
FAQ
What is the closest alternative to Sintra?
Marblism is the closest of the tools here, because it also offers a team of role-based AI employees under one plan. As of October 2026, it starts at $24 a month on a yearly option and lists seven roles, against Sintra's 12. Its usage limit is 50 hours of AI work a month.
Is ChatGPT or Claude a good alternative to Sintra?
They can be, if you mainly use Sintra for writing and research. A general assistant handles those well at around $20 a month, and you give it your context through projects and instructions. You lose the ready-made roles, so it suits people happy to write their own prompts.
Are there Sintra alternatives for startups raising money?
Yes, though they're a different kind of product. Sintra's helper list doesn't include fundraising. Nautis includes a Fundraising CRM, investor readiness, data rooms and Startup Health, with plans from $49 a month as of October 2026, though the investor pipeline is limited on that entry plan. You can also read how Nautis fits seed-stage startups.
Can I get my money back from Sintra if I switch?
Sintra's help center says you can request a full refund of your initial Sintra X purchase within 14 days, on any term. Canceling doesn't refund you automatically, so you need to ask support directly. Credit top-ups aren't refundable.
