Summarise

This page covers e.OS, the operating system for founders from Escala, at escala.ai/eos. Its pages are in Brazilian Portuguese, and we describe them in English here. e.OS is a different thing from EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. EOS® is a trademark of EOS Worldwide, and we have a separate guide to it.

Escala publishes a clear description but no prices, and you reach it through a demo or a contact form, so this is a short page. We read both pages in October 2026 and we haven't seen the product itself.

What e.OS includes

e.OS combines four systems. Escala also describes a Chief of Staff AI that draws on company context, such as strategy, goals, rituals and decision history, to prepare briefings, answer questions and flag risks. Its page mentions a daily brief and a virtual mentor for new executives. Escala says e.OS was built with input from more than 455 founders, and its homepage mentions a Smart Scaling Method and a founder community at a space in Vila Madalena. Those are the vendor's statements.

Who is each one for?

The audiences barely touch. e.OS says it's for founders with annual revenue between R$5M and R$500M and teams of 30 to 500. It says plainly that it's not for companies still validating product-market fit, founders who prefer to do everything themselves, or established corporations with legacy systems.

Nautis startup plans stop at 25 members on Fleet. It's aimed at solo founders through small teams, so a company of 100 won't fit its plans, while a pre-seed team of four is outside what e.OS says it serves. Pick by your headcount before you compare anything else.

Language and price

  • Language. e.OS pages are in Portuguese. Nautis screens and guides are in English. Its AI replies in the language you write in, and MailBox can translate messages into Portuguese, but we didn't see a Portuguese interface. If your leadership team works in Portuguese, this may decide the question for you.
  • e.OS price. Not published. There's a contact form asking for your name, email, company, phone or WhatsApp, a demo, and a no-cost assessment. The page also mentions limited places for design partners, without giving terms.
  • Nautis price. As of October 2026, $49, $99 and $129 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card. There's no free tier, and regional pricing may apply in some countries.

Where each has the edge

e.OS is the better fit for a company that needs a management rhythm. Cascaded OKRs and weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with automatic preparation are its core. Nautis has no EOS or OKR method built in, and it doesn't teach or enforce a management framework. A 150-person company in São Paulo that needs its leaders to run the same meetings the same way should talk to Escala.

Nautis is the better fit for raising and for hands-on operating at small scale. It has an investor directory, a fundraising CRM, data rooms, invoices, expenses and employee records, and it connects 1,000+ apps through a managed catalog. We didn't see fundraising tools on the e.OS page, though later-stage companies often use other tools for that.

Nautis has real limits here. It's young, having launched on Product Hunt in July 2026, with few independent reviews. It's built for startups, and larger companies with complex permissions may fit other tools better. It also needs someone to keep reviewing approvals.

Nautis vs e.OS by Escala: what to do next

  1. Count your people. Under 25 and pre-scale, try the Nautis trial. Over 30 with revenue in Escala's range, ask Escala for a demo.
  2. If you're in the middle, ask what you most lack: a management routine or operating tools. Our guide on business OS vs ERP vs project management can help you name the gap.
  3. On any Escala call, ask for the price, what the design partner terms involve, and what the Chief of Staff AI can do beyond preparing information, because the page doesn't give technical details.
