Many products use the name FounderOS. This one lives at thefounderos.co.uk and calls itself an operating system for founders that brings finances, fundraising, product, wellbeing and an AI advisor into one cockpit. We have separate pages for others, including FounderOS.me and FounderOS.sh. We read its homepage and trust page in October 2026. Access is invite-only, so we only report what those pages say.
What the site describes
- Live finances. Cash, runway and profit, calculated in real time.
- AI advisor. Answers questions in plain English from your own numbers.
- Growth at a glance. Sales, marketing and product signals, with traffic-light indicators.
- Founder wellbeing. Tracks burnout risk alongside business metrics.
- Connected stack. Links to tools you already use, on the Operator plan.
- Morning briefing. The dashboard shows what needs your attention each day.
Setup has three steps: create your cockpit, connect your tools or enter figures by hand, and review your morning briefing.
Can you sign up today?
Not directly. The homepage says it's in private beta and invite-only, with a waitlist. Its trust page says public sign-up is closed and administrators create accounts. The homepage also shows Start free and Get started buttons, which link to its /auth page. We didn't try to create an account or join the list.
Nautis is open now, with a 14-day trial with no card, starting on the Launch plan. That difference alone may settle this for you if you need something this month.

What its trust page says
It says row-level security is enforced on the database, so each member can read and write only their own records. Traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS, and tokens for connected tools are exchanged server-side. It describes itself as editable product content, not an independent certification or audit. It doesn't state hosting locations or whether AI models train on customer data, so ask if that matters to you.
For Nautis, you sign in to connected apps on the provider's own screen, connections are per organization, and every agent action is audit-logged. We make no certification claims, and neither does this comparison.
Who should pick which
If you're a solo founder who mostly wants to see your numbers and how you're holding up, and £29 a month sounds right, join the FounderOS waitlist and see what arrives. Its solo plan at £0 is a clear advantage over Nautis, which has no equivalent. Hand entry also means you don't need bookkeeping software connected first.
If you're preparing a raise, have staff, or want the software to do something after it warns you, start with Nautis. Its limits are real too. It launched on Product Hunt in July 2026, so reviews are few. Approvals need attention, credits are capped, and it isn't an accounting system. For more detail, see Nautis for pre-seed startups.
FAQ
Which FounderOS does this page cover?
The one at thefounderos.co.uk, a founder cockpit in private beta. Other products share the name, such as those at founderos.me and founderos.sh, and they have separate makers and features, so check the domain before comparing prices.
Which is better for fundraising in Nautis vs thefounderos.co.uk?
Nautis publishes far more here, including an investor directory, a fundraising CRM, readiness scoring and data rooms. FounderOS names fundraising on its homepage without detail on the pages we read. That may change as it leaves private beta.
How much will FounderOS at thefounderos.co.uk cost?
It's at no cost during beta. Its planned launch prices are Solo at £0 a month, Operator at £29 a month and Scale by conversation. These are plans as of October 2026 and could change before launch.
Disclosure: We make Nautis, so we have a stake in this comparison. It's based on published information, not a scored hands-on test. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.
