Summarise

Read the Made4Founders homepage and you will see the phrase Hootsuite alternative before you see much about founders. It's the name of a product from Axion Deep Labs in New Mexico. Its features page says it's built for freelance social media managers, agencies and small business owners, and its llms.txt also names solo founders. Founder operations come as a bundle around the scheduler.

That matters for the comparison. A Nautis buyer searching for a founder tool might land here expecting a like-for-like product. It overlaps with Nautis in places, and it's stronger in the job it leads with. We'll start there.

If posting is the job, the answer is easy

Use Made4Founders. You write one caption and its AI produces versions for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky, Pinterest, YouTube, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Slack, respecting each limit. It then schedules them from a visual calendar. The homepage has a live composer you can try with no signup.

Nautis's Social Calendar solves a smaller problem. It helps a team plan content, draft by channel, version edits and move posts through an approval workflow. Its own help guide says you still publish from your own social tool or by hand, for now. If a founder needs posts going out at 9 am on four networks without touching them, that gap decides it.

  • Made4Founders inbox: comments and mentions from Facebook, Instagram and Bluesky in one thread. Its features page says X isn't in the inbox yet and LinkedIn doesn't let third-party tools read a member's activity.
  • Nautis approvals: Viewer, Editor and Manager roles per plan, so a contractor can draft without being able to approve. Made4Founders lists approval workflows for client posts from its Growth plan.
  • Tracking: Made4Founders lists per-platform reach, engagement and best times. The Nautis guide doesn't describe post analytics, since posts go out elsewhere.

What you pay at each team size

Made4Founders charges one flat monthly price per plan, not per seat, as of October 2026, and it lists below Nautis at every size below. Yearly billing saves 20% with Made4Founders and gives two months free with Nautis.

11 to 15Growth, $49Fleet, $129
16 to 25Scale, $99Fleet, $129
26 to 50Scale, $99Above Fleet's 25 members

The plan limits explain part of that gap. Starter allows 5 social platforms, 30 scheduled posts a month, 100 tasks, 100 contacts and 500 MB of documents. Growth moves to all 10 platforms, 100 posts and 500 tasks and contacts. Scale has 500 posts a month and unlimited tasks and contacts. Nautis plan limits fall elsewhere: AI credits at 1,000, 2,000 and 2,600, routines at 5, 10 and 15, and data rooms at 5, 10 and 25.

Made4Founders also has a $0 tier for 3 channels, 15 posts and a few AI adapts a month. Founder tools aren't in it. Paid plans have a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a trial ends without a subscription, your account falls back to the $0 tier, with data kept and founder features gated. On the Nautis side you get 14 trial days, no card asked, and nothing at $0 afterwards.

The founder bundle, module by module

Its pricing FAQ says paid plans add the full founder OS: finances, cap table, data room, contracts and an encrypted vault. Its llms.txt goes further than its features page does, so we've marked the source for each row.

The compliance list stands out for US companies. It covers federal, state and local items, formation, tax and employment, with deadline tracking and iCal sync, and it stores identifiers such as EIN and DUNS. If you've missed a state filing before, this may be the most useful thing on the page. Nautis has nothing equal to it, and its guides don't describe filing reminders. The bundle reads as American in its examples, so founders elsewhere should check how well it fits.

Does either one act for you?

Their AI does different kinds of work. Made4Founders's is task-shaped: it rewrites captions, summarises documents up to 50 pages, digests up to 20 competitor accounts, and turns a meeting transcript into tasks on a Kanban board. Its Daily Brief pulls scheduled posts, waiting replies, calendar gaps and metric changes into a morning screen. Enterprise lists unlimited AI messages.

The Nautis Chief of Staff has a wider scan and takes action. Its briefing reads tasks, pipeline, runway, approvals, overdue invoices and investor signals. You press Do it and an agent drafts the reminder or the follow-up, which then waits for approval. Advisors, board rooms and routines build on the same data.

So the Daily Brief tells a social team what's happening with its posts, and the Nautis briefing tells a founder what's happening with the company. A founder who wants software to take on company follow-ups has more to work with in Nautis. Someone who just wants fewer tabs may not need it.

Two founders with the same budget

Two co-founders sell a $19 a month tool to independent coaches. Growth comes almost entirely from organic social, on LinkedIn, X and YouTube. They have no plans to raise, they're registered as an LLC in Texas, and they have 3 contractors.

Made4Founders at $24 or $49 looks right. It covers scheduling and rewrites, a vault for shared logins, tasks with exportable time logs for the contractors, the compliance checklist, and Stripe revenue. Nautis at $49 would give them a pipeline they don't need and investor tools they'd never open, and they'd still pay for a scheduler.

Change one fact. They decide to raise $800k, and their week fills with investor calls, a data room and a cap table that needs modelling. Made4Founders has several pieces of that, though we saw nothing for finding investors or tracking a raise by stage. Nautis Voyage at $99 has more of that workflow, and they could keep a scheduler alongside it.

Other details from its own pages

  • Plan details. Its llms.txt places all 10 platforms on Starter, investor updates and the data room on Growth, and e-signatures and the board deck on Scale. Its pricing page lists 5 platforms on Starter and says paid plans add the founder OS. We used the pricing page for limits.
  • Product focus. Its llms.txt describes the product as feature-frozen as of 2026, focusing on depth and reliability, and its about page talks about shipping new features weekly. That focus can be a plus if you want stability.
  • Security. It says a named security attestation is in progress and describes data stored in AWS US-East-2. Nautis doesn't claim any certification.
  • Timeline. Its about page dates the problem to 2024, the build to 2025 and the public launch to 2026, after months of internal use. Nautis is new as well.

Where Nautis loses, and where it holds up

Nautis costs more, publishes nothing to social networks itself, has no compliance checklist or board deck generator, and asks you to review AI actions by default. Public only since July 2026, it has little outside review for you to read. Its breadth also means credit limits are shared across the whole company.

It holds up where a startup's main problems are investors, runway, sales and people. The fundraising tools go further than what Made4Founders lists. Hiring has a careers page and applicant stages. Integrations reach 1,000+ apps, where Made4Founders's pricing page names Stripe, GitHub and its social networks. See all-in-one startup software by job if you want to compare more options.

FAQ

Is Made4Founders a social media tool or a founder tool?

It leads as a social media tool. Its homepage calls it a Hootsuite alternative and its features page speaks to social media managers and agencies. Paid plans also add founder features such as a cap table, data room, contracts and vault.

How much does Made4Founders cost?

Read in October 2026, its price list runs from a $0 tier to Starter at a flat $24 a month for up to 5 users, Growth at a flat $49 for up to 15 and Scale at a flat $99 for up to 50, with no per-seat charge. Enterprise goes through sales. Yearly billing saves 20%, and paid plans have a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Which is cheaper in Nautis vs Made4Founders?

Made4Founders lists lower at every team size we compared, for example $24 against $49 for five people. Each has limits: Made4Founders on posts, tasks and contacts, Nautis on AI credits and routines. Nautis also has no $0 tier.

Can Nautis publish my social posts?

Not as of its current guide. The Social Calendar plans, versions and approves content, and you publish from your own social tool or by hand. If automated publishing is what you need, use a scheduler such as Made4Founders.
