FAQ

How is the burnout score calculated?+
Each signal is normalised and weighted: stress 22%, sleep 20%, energy 18%, working hours 15%, decision fatigue 15% and context switching 10%. The total runs from 0 to 100. Below 55 is low risk, 55–74 moderate and 75 or more high. It is the same model behind the weekly check-in in Nautis Burnout Radar.
Is this a medical or clinical assessment?+
No. It is a self-check built for founders, based on the workload and recovery signals that drive burnout. It cannot diagnose anything. If you are struggling, talk to someone you trust or a health professional.
Why only six questions?+
Burnout builds week by week, so a short check you actually repeat beats a long one you take once. Inside Nautis the same six questions become a weekly habit with a trend line and alerts.
Are my answers private?+
Your answers are stored with the result for 14 days and then deleted unless you claim it into a Nautis workspace. They are not tied to your identity, and inside Nautis your check-ins are visible only to you.
