From zero to using Business Profile

Click Create Startup Profile
Sidebar → Profile & Company → Edit Business Profile.

Fill the required basics
Company name and one-liner are required; everything else is optional.

Move through sections
Save & Continue moves you to the next section — return to any one whenever you want.

Publish and share
Your profile becomes the source of truth for AI features and the public version of the company.
Business Profile questions
Do I have to fill in every section?+
No. You can save a section with only the required fields filled and come back to the rest later. Each section saves independently.
What happens if I close the tab without saving?+
If you have unsaved changes in the section you're editing, your browser will warn you before the tab closes.
Can investors see my profile if it's private?+
No. Only people inside your organization can view a private profile. To share with investors or partners, switch the visibility to Public first.
Why is my Funding section showing incomplete even though I filled in a number?+
The funding section completes only when both the funding amount and a funding stage are set. Double-check the Business Information section to make sure a stage is selected.
Can I change my company name later?+
Yes. Open the editor, go to Basic Information, change the name, and click Save. The public profile URL updates with it.
Why does my profile power AI elsewhere?+
Profile data is the canonical context for AI Co-Pilot, Business Plans, SWOT, and pitch coaching. The richer your profile, the sharper those AI features get.
Who can edit the profile?+
Anyone with edit/create rights on the Business Profile module — Super Admin gets this by default; other roles need it granted.
Can I upload a custom logo?+
Yes — upload, crop inline, and the cropped logo appears across your public profile and other branded surfaces.
