Summarise

This page covers AI StartupPro on IDX, from AI Data Inc. (AIデータ株式会社) in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Its product page is in Japanese, and we describe it in English here. The page doesn't state which languages the product supports. A press release dated 15 January 2026 announced it and planned a launch for mid-February 2026. We read that release and the product page in October 2026. No prices are published, so this page is short.

How AI StartupPro works, as described

It's built on a platform called AI孔明 on IDX, which the release describes as combining generative AI, retrieval and a virtual data room. Company data, documents and financial information sit on the IDX platform, and the advisors answer from that knowledge base. The aim it states is to replace founder-dependent management with a repeatable process. The release also mentions no-code data connection and use of AI models.

Its target users go beyond founders. The release names seed to Series A founders, corporate new-business units, accelerators, investors and consulting firms.

Getting access, and what we couldn't confirm

  • Access. The page offers a proof of concept at no cost, a demo request and a general inquiry, all through the same AI Data form.
  • Price. Not stated on the page or in the release.
  • Live status. The release planned a mid-February 2026 launch, and the product page is live with contact forms. We couldn't confirm usage beyond that.
  • Actions. The pages describe decision support. We didn't see whether advisors take actions in other tools.

How Nautis differs from AI StartupPro

AI StartupPro puts advisors over your documents. Nautis starts from its own working modules. In Nautis, the investor list lives in a fundraising CRM, invoices live in invoices, and the Chief of Staff reads across those every morning at 7:00 am and proposes actions you approve. Its AI Advisory Board offers specialist advisors too, and custom advisors can carry their own knowledge files, so that part of the two products is comparable.

For buying, Nautis lists $49, $99 and $129 a month as of October 2026 and offers a 14-day trial with no card, so a small team can decide without a meeting. There's no free tier.

Language is the likely deciding point. Nautis screens and guides are in English. Its AI replies in the language you write in, and MailBox can translate messages into Japanese, but we didn't see a Japanese interface. A company in Tokyo whose documents and staff work in Japanese should test AI StartupPro's proof of concept first.

Which to choose

Consider AI StartupPro if you're in Japan, already keep your knowledge in documents, and are comfortable with a sales conversation. It also suits a corporate innovation team, which falls outside Nautis's focus on startups. Consider Nautis if you need a startup operating system that holds records as well as advice, and if English works for your team.

Remember Nautis's own limits. It launched on Product Hunt in July 2026, independent reviews are few, its credits are capped, and it's not an accounting system or a replacement for a lawyer or accountant. A workspace with little data also produces a thin briefing.
