Summarise

This page compares Nautis with Polycorp, the AI company builder at polycorp.ai. Its about page lists Alexander Anserud as co-founder and CEO, and its terms of service name a company registered in Sweden. Its stated goal is enabling anyone to build a business with AI.

Both products keep company context in one place so AI can use it, and both sell to incubators. So the question for most readers is whether they need something built or something managed. Polycorp facts below come from its homepage, pricing page, FAQ, about page, founders page and terms, read in October 2026.

Agents, side by side with the Nautis team

Named AI roles on each vendor's published pages, October 2026
RoleWhat it doesProduct
OperatorRuns the business, finds customers, sends invoices. Its founders page says lead finding and invoicing are being introduced progressivelyPolycorp
EngineerRuns the product, ships the website, finds and fixes bugs. Building and deploying needs ProPolycorp
Company BrainCoordinates work and manages contextPolycorp
Chief of StaffScans the company each morning, then lists priorities, blockers, approvals, pipeline and runwayNautis
CommodoreBuilt-in chat over your workspace dataNautis
AI Advisory BoardSpecialists such as Anchor for finance and Keel for startup legal. A board room seats 2 to 6 in one conversationNautis
Custom advisorsYour own instructions, permissions and knowledge filesNautis

The difference shows in the verbs. Polycorp's agents ship and deploy. Nautis's agents read, recommend, draft and act once allowed. Nautis has no engineer agent in its guides, and Polycorp doesn't describe a finance or legal advisor on the pages we read.

What happens after you sign up

On Polycorp you describe your idea. It sets up email, a website and payments, then you chat with the AI to scale or pivot. Its founders page says website creation, company context and task management are available now, while lead finding, outreach, invoicing, payment links and checkout testing are being introduced progressively. The FAQ says it also helps with market research, tasks, documents and contacts. The $0 plan generates landing-page design previews and saves your selected design. To have Engineer build and deploy the site, you move to Pro.

On Nautis you go through Liftoff, which takes about four minutes. You give a website or a pitch deck, or pick I don't have either yet and describe your startup in a sentence or two, then connect a Google or Microsoft calendar and email, review what it learned along with its sources, and get a first message. From then on the briefing arrives at 7:00 am in your organization's timezone.

So a person with only a sentence about an idea can get further on Polycorp in the first hour. A person with a deck, a calendar and a full inbox gets more from Nautis, because there's real data for it to read.

How much does Polycorp cost?

Polycorp has a €0 plan and a paid Pro plan. Its two pages show different Pro prices as of October 2026: the pricing page says €25 a month, billed monthly, with 100 base credits and unlimited companies, and the FAQ says from €50 a month with two AI companies. Check the figure before you buy. Credit tiers run from 200 up to 5,000 a month, with no prices listed for them, and each additional active company uses 5 credits every 24 hours.

List prices as of October 2026, in each vendor's own currency. Credits are each vendor's own unit.
PlanMonthlyPeopleAI allowance
Polycorp Free€01 member5 one-time welcome credits, no refill
Polycorp Pro€25 on its pricing page, from €50 in its FAQUp to 10 members100 credits base, higher tiers available
Polycorp Startup ProgramsCustom, book a demoOrganization-wideVolume-based
Nautis Launch$495 members1,000 credits
Nautis Voyage$9910 members2,000 credits
Nautis Fleet$12925 members2,600 credits

Polycorp's FAQ says credits are spent when agents research online, generate code, create documents, plan next steps or update the company brain, and that heavier builds cost more. It's sensible to estimate your own use during a small first project, since a website build can use up an allowance faster than chat. Nautis has a 14-day trial with no card and no free tier, and sending stops at the credit cap until reset or top-up.

Five jobs that separate them

Getting a website online

Polycorp, clearly. Full-stack building with AI coding, custom domains and code access are on Pro. The Nautis guides don't cover this.

Finding investors

Nautis. Find Investors filters a directory, promising names move into a fundraising CRM, and readiness scores the materials. We didn't see investor tools on Polycorp's pages.

Keeping shared context

A close call. Polycorp's company brain and memory hold research, documents and tasks for its agents. Nautis does the same through its modules, and its advisors work with that module context. Polycorp's is more directly about agents. Nautis's covers more kinds of business record.

Watching cash

Nautis, for now. Startup Health tracks runway, and the financial planner, invoices and expenses sit alongside it. Polycorp's Operator sends invoices, and its product preview shows payments and analytics, but we didn't read about a runway model.

Running an incubator cohort

Both sell here. Polycorp Startup Programs list cohort management, an organization-wide dashboard, centralized billing, roles, SSO and advanced audit logs at a custom price, and Nautis has a page for incubators. If you run a program, ask both for a demo with your real intake numbers, since neither publishes a cohort price we could compare.

Control, ownership and what we couldn't confirm

Polycorp's FAQ is clear on ownership: the company, website, documents, research and business materials belong to you, and you keep your data and intellectual property. Its founders page says founders remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding what the company should do, and its product preview shows tasks in review and a Confirm outreach plan step. The pages we read don't spell out an approval rule for sends and spending, so ask how that works if it matters to you.

Nautis publishes this in detail. Anything an agent wants to do waits in the Approval Center, capabilities default to Ask every time, and owners and admins can change that per capability, with actions logged. Deleting always asks. The cost is that someone has to review the queue, which is the trade-off explained in human-in-the-loop AI agents.

Where Nautis falls short for a Polycorp buyer

  • It won't build the site, deploy code or fix bugs. A founder without a developer still needs one, or a tool like Polycorp.
  • There's no $0 plan, so you can't keep a project running at no cost once the trial ends.
  • Launched on Product Hunt only in July 2026, so independent reviews are few.
  • Its value depends on data. A company with no pipeline or finances entered yet gets a short briefing.
  • It covers many areas at moderate depth, so specialists will go further. It isn't an accounting system.

Nautis vs Polycorp: our suggestion by situation

  • No company yet, want to see something live: Polycorp. The €0 plan shows you a design preview before any payment, and Pro does the build.
  • Company exists, product built, raising in six months: Nautis, at the seed-stage plan that fits your team.
  • Technical founder who wants code access and agents: look at Polycorp, and also Nautis vs Agentfounder.
  • Venture studio launching many companies: Pro, which its pricing page lists with unlimited companies and its FAQ with two, and Startup Programs deserve a look, because each company in Nautis is a separate organization.
  • Team above ten people: Nautis Fleet goes to 25 members, while the Polycorp Pro plan lists up to 10.

FAQ

What is the difference in Nautis vs Polycorp?

Can Nautis deploy a website like Polycorp?

The Nautis guides don't describe building or deploying websites or code. It holds your plans, investors, finance and team records and can act in connected tools after approval, so you'd use a separate tool for the build.
