This page compares Nautis with SoGood.ai, the AI cofounder at sogood.ai. Its site describes eight AI departments that turn an idea into a business and then keep running it. Its terms name SoGood AI Inc., incorporated in New York.
The clearest fact about SoGood is what it says about its own fit: businesses that sell through a website suit it, and those needing their own app, logins or a marketplace are a harder fit. That line is unusually useful, and it also marks most of the gap with Nautis, which assumes a venture with a product, a team and often a fundraise. Details come from SoGood's homepage and FAQ, read in October 2026.
What kind of company do you run?
| Your business | Closer fit | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Local service, such as a cleaner or tutor | SoGood.ai | Brand, website on its own domain, SEO, ads and a business mailbox are the core job |
| Online shop or digital product | SoGood.ai | Payments, social posts and outreach run with you |
| SaaS with its own app and logins | Nautis | SoGood calls this a harder fit. Nautis is built around startup operations, though it won't build the app either |
| Marketplace | Nautis, plus a build tool | Same reason. SoGood names marketplaces as a harder fit |
| Any company raising a round | Nautis | Investor directory, CRM, readiness and data rooms |
| Team of 10 or more | Nautis | Roles, pay runs, recruiting and a company-wide briefing |
What SoGood's AI departments cover
SoGood lists eight departments: CEO, Brand, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Strategy and Finance. From your idea it produces a business plan, a name and a brand kit, then a website on its own domain, with SEO, payments, social posts, ads, outreach, CRM and email. It also lists suppliers and documents, and says the team works around the clock.
The vendor reports that about half of founders who launched were live within roughly 20 minutes of signing up, and nine in ten within a day. That's its own figure. Payments and a custom domain need steps only you can complete.
Nautis's guides describe almost none of that building work. It has a brand kit, a social calendar, a Leads CRM and MailBox for connected email, but a person or an approved agent action drives them. Generating a website, running SEO and buying ads aren't in its guides.
Money: wallets, credits and flat plans
SoGood has an entry plan at no cost, with paid plans and credit packs on top. Its FAQ says current prices and limits are shown in the app before you buy, so we can't quote them. Sites on the entry plan show a Built with SoGood.ai badge, which paid plans that allow removal can turn off. The homepage also says you start with a paid plan and there are no long-term contracts, so check which applies when you sign up.
Costs run through three separate pots, which is worth understanding. Plan credits reset each period and don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire and stay yours if you cancel. Domain registration and ads draw on a prepaid wallet, with ads running against a daily budget you set, and when the wallet runs out, paid actions pause instead of charging your card. Fees and credits are non-refundable except where the law requires it.
Nautis is simpler and less flexible: $49, $99 or $129 a month as of October 2026, with 1,000, 2,000 or 2,600 AI credits, a 14-day trial with no card, and no free tier. It has no wallet because it doesn't buy ads or domains for you. Credits cap at the plan level, and sending stops until they reset or you top up.
Can SoGood act without asking you?
Yes, once you've set it up to. Its homepage says your team checks in before anything ships and nothing spends without you. Its FAQ adds that once you set permissions, budgets and schedules, agents can act without reviewing each action with you first, and those actions bind you as if you had taken them yourself. You can review, approve, pause or stop agent activity at any time, and it advises reviewing AI output before publishing or sending.
So read that carefully and set your budgets deliberately, because the wallet is your ceiling. This is a reasonable model for a business that wants marketing to keep going while the owner works. It simply puts the responsibility in the settings.
Nautis has a similar choice with a different default. Every capability starts on Ask every time, apart from Quick capture to a private inbox. Owners and admins can move a capability to Run without asking, with actions logged in AI Activity and undo within 10 minutes where supported. Deleting can never be automated. Founders who want to think this through can read our guide to human-in-the-loop agents.
Terms, side by side
| Topic | SoGood.ai | Nautis |
|---|---|---|
| Your data and output | You own your data and the AI output. It keeps only the license needed to run the service | Your records sit in your organization. See its legal pages for terms |
| Model training | It doesn't train AI models on your data, prompts or output | Not stated in the guides we read |
| Domains | Domains an agent registers are held by SoGood under its own registrar account. Contact support to move one | Not applicable. It doesn't register domains |
| Payments | You're the merchant of record, responsible for refunds, disputes and tax | Invoices are yours. No bookkeeping or tax filing |
| Sensitive data | Don't upload health records, government IDs or full financial-account numbers unless it agrees in writing | Credentials vault exists. Check your own compliance needs |
| Professional advice | Output isn't legal, financial, tax or professional advice | Doesn't replace a lawyer, accountant or board |
None of this is unusual for a service that acts for you. The domain point is the one most worth knowing in advance, because a business's domain is hard to replace. If you might leave later, ask how a transfer works before you depend on it.
Picture two owners
A physiotherapist opening her own clinic wants a name, a website, local search visibility and bookings, and has no interest in reading about marketing. SoGood's description maps almost exactly onto this. She sets a daily ad budget, watches the mailbox, and lets the departments work. Nautis would give her task boards and a brand kit, and she'd still need someone to build the site.
A seed-stage health-tech startup is a different case, with six people, a mobile app and an investor update due on Friday. It builds its own product, so a website generator isn't the need. It wants fundraising tools, a data room, runway from Startup Health, and a morning list across all of that. Nautis fits this one, and note that it isn't a compliance tool either, so regulated data needs its own review.
Nautis vs SoGood: the trade-offs in short
- SoGood is ahead on: creating a business from nothing, brand, website, SEO, ads, outreach, and letting marketing carry on within a budget. It also has eight departments on one idea, and a stated policy of not training on your data.
- Nautis is ahead on: investors, cap table on Voyage and Fleet, runway and financial planning, employee records with pay runs, a Decision Loop, and 1,000+ app connections.
- Nautis's limits: launched on Product Hunt in July 2026 with few independent reviews, no free tier, capped credits, broad rather than deep, not an accounting system, and approvals take attention. It's built for startups, so a local business would pay for modules it won't touch.
- What we couldn't confirm about SoGood: its plan prices, which its FAQ says are shown in the app.
FAQ
Who should choose in Nautis vs SoGood?
Choose SoGood.ai if you sell through a website, for example a shop, a service, a local business or a digital product. Choose Nautis if you're building a startup that raises money and manages a team. SoGood itself says businesses needing their own app, logins or a marketplace are a harder fit.
How much does SoGood.ai cost?
Its FAQ says there's a plan to start at no cost, plus paid plans and credit packs, with current prices shown in the app before you buy. Domains and ads draw on a separate prepaid wallet. We couldn't confirm plan prices from its public pages in October 2026.
Can SoGood.ai spend money without my approval?
Its homepage says nothing spends without you. Its FAQ says that once you set permissions, budgets and schedules, agents can act without reviewing each action, and ads run against a daily budget you set. Your wallet balance is a hard ceiling, and paid actions pause when it runs out.
Does Nautis do what SoGood's AI departments do?
Only in part. Nautis has a brand kit, a social calendar, a Leads CRM and connected email, but its guides don't describe building websites, running SEO or buying ads. Its focus is fundraising, finance, team and planning for startups.
