Per-section comment threads and granular share lists keep co-founders aligned without exposing the whole plan.
Quick start
Pick from 12+ industry templates or start from scratch with the standard sections.
Draft each section yourself, or click Generate with AI to ground a first draft in your company context.
As you finish each section it turns green and the overall progress bar moves forward.
Run Score My Plan, set status to Approved to lock edits, then export PDF or DOCX.
Only with confirmation. Nautis pops a confirm dialog and snapshots the current draft to Version History before generating, so you can always roll back.
Generate, Score My Plan, and AI Chat each draw a small number of credits from your organization's monthly balance. If credits run out, you can top up from the AI credits area.
Yes. Hide the sections you don't want included — the PDF, DOCX, and print views all skip hidden sections (and empty ones).
Yes. Add teammates under Shared Access. The most recent save wins, so coordinate on big edits and use comments for async review.
Linking unlocks the Import Data button inside matching sections — Financial Plan pulls from your financial project, GTM Strategy from the GTM workspace. Re-import as often as you like.
Draft is the working state — edit freely. In Review is ready for feedback but still editable. Approved locks the plan read-only so nothing changes by accident — only the owner or an admin can move it back to Draft.
Yes. Press Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to force-save right away. Auto-save fires about a second after you stop typing.
Permanently deleting a hidden section also removes its comments, version history, and AI chats. Hide instead of delete if you might need any of it later.
Either their role doesn't have Business Plans permission, or they aren't on the Shared Access list. Add them in the edit dialog and double-check their role with your admin.
Full business context from the first conversation. Daily operations, fundraising, revenue and finance, run with you. You approve every move. It handles the rest.
Nothing leaves your workspace without your yes.
Northwind is building the operating system for distributed field-service teams. Today, technicians, dispatchers, and back-office staff stitch together spreadsheets, SMS, and three disconnected tools to keep a single job moving. Our platform unifies scheduling, mobile work orders, parts inventory, and customer billing into one real-time workspace — cutting the average job-to-invoice cycle from 9 days to under 36 hours.
We are raising a $6.5M Series A to expand our go-to-market motion beyond the 140 design partners onboarded over the last 18 months. ARR has grown from $410K to $2.27M (5.5×) with net revenue retention of 128% and a blended CAC payback of 11 months. The capital extends runway to 24 months and funds two enterprise sales pods plus the integrations marketplace that our largest accounts have repeatedly requested.
The field-service software market represents a $34Bannual opportunity growing at 14% CAGR, yet 62% of mid-market operators still run on manual or legacy on-premise tooling. Northwind's wedge — a 15-minute mobile onboarding that requires no IT involvement — lets us land bottom-up with individual crews and expand to the operations director within a single quarter.
Over the next 12 months we will reach $5.8M ARR, ship the partner API, and establish category leadership in the HVAC and electrical verticals where our win rate already exceeds 70%. This plan details the market, product roadmap, competitive moat, and the unit economics that make Northwind a durable, capital-efficient business.
