Can I edit a template after uploading it?+
The library does not have an in-place editor. Download the template, edit it locally, then upload a new version.
Can I delete a template I uploaded?+
The main library view does not show a delete button. If you need to remove a template you uploaded by mistake, ask a workspace admin to remove it for you.
Why can I not preview a document in the browser?+
PDFs, images, and plain-text files can be previewed inside Nautis. For Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files you will need to download and open them in their native app.
What size files can I upload?+
Up to 50 MB per file. For larger files such as a full investor data set, use Data Rooms instead.
The page says 'No Documents Found' — why?+
Either the active category has no templates yet, your search query did not match anything, or the library is empty for your organization. Click All Categories and clear the search to reset.
Can I upload a template my team made?+
Yes — uploads are available from the same page if you have permission.
Are templates editable?+
Download to your editor of choice (Word, Google Docs, Excel) — Nautis stores the master file.
